How to set up my personal online account

 A Simple Setup Guide for Personal Accounts 

  1. Create Your Account
    Go to app.adesco.co.il sign up and complete the short onboarding form. It takes about one minute and only requires basic information. 

  2. Upload Your Verification Documents 
    Go to the Documents page in the left navigation bar. Please upload the following: 
    - ID Document 1 
    A valid identifying document. A Teudat Zehut is preferred (Make sure to upload both sides). If you do not have one, you can upload your passport or a different government ID.
    - ID Document 2 
    A second identifying document can be another ID, passport, driver’s license, or a citizen card. 
  3.  Add Your Bank Accounts 
    Go to My bank accounts in the left navigation bar and add the bank accounts you want to use for sending or receiving funds. 
    Please make sure to add the relevant docs for each bank account: 
    - Israeli accounts require an official bank account confirmation with IBAN. 
    - Foreign accounts require the first page of a bank statement or a voided check. 

  4. Add Your Recipients 
    Go to the Recipients page from the left navigation bar and add the bank details for where you want to send money. (This can also be added in the flow of sending money if you don’t have the details yet.) 
    If you are sending funds to your own accounts, any bank accounts you added in Settings will already appear as recipients. 
  5. Finalize Your Setup 
    Once everything is submitted, an Adesco account manager will contact you for a short KYC call to complete your activation.
